YTCLIP · CUSTOMER WORKSPACE

Terms of use

These terms apply to the YTClip customer workspace at ytclip.co.uk/app and to the YTClip site at ytclip.co.uk/site.

Version 2026-10-21.1 · updated 21 October 2026

Who runs YTClip

YTClip is run by Benjamin Iannotta, the operator named under “Questions and requests” on the Customer privacy page. YTClip is an independent product, not affiliated with YouTube, Meta or TikTok.

The pilot

The customer workspace is a free pilot by invitation. Creating a workspace needs an invitation code, and each code can be used once. In a pilot workspace you can add a link to a YouTube video you own or have permission to use, review, edit and download the clips YTClip makes from it, and post them to the social accounts you connect, on the platforms the Channels screen shows as ready. A pilot workspace gets 150 minutes of source video a month. Its clips can be downloaded for 30 days. The pilot takes no payment.

The plans and prices shown on the YTClip site are plans for launch, not an offer. Nothing can be bought yet.

Your videos and your rights

Add only videos you own or have permission to use. Finding a video or having its link does not give you permission to reuse it. Do not use YTClip to infringe anyone’s rights, misrepresent a speaker, impersonate someone, get around access restrictions, or break the law or a platform’s rules. You are responsible for the videos you add and for how you use the clips.

Your use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Posting to your accounts

When you connect an account, you let YTClip post the clips you choose to it, when you choose. You are responsible for what you post and for following each platform's rules. Each platform decides whether to accept a post and may limit, remove or refuse it. A post you schedule goes out at its time even if you are signed out; cancel it in your workspace before it starts. Disconnecting an account stops posts that have not started and removes YTClip's saved permission; you can also remove YTClip's access in the platform's own settings.

What is not guaranteed

Availability and successful processing are not guaranteed. A video can be unavailable or refused. Speech recognition and clip suggestions can be wrong or leave out context, so review each clip before you use it. The operator may pause processing or change how the pilot works when a check fails, a source changes or a platform requires it.

Removal

To ask for your account, videos or clips to be removed, contact the operator as shown below. The Customer privacy page says what the workspace stores and what removal does not cover yet.

Questions and requests

For a question, a problem or a request, contact the operator named under “Questions and requests” on the Customer privacy page. There is no support form or help desk yet.

Changes to these terms

When you create a workspace, YTClip records the version of these terms and of the Customer privacy page that you agreed to, and the time. These terms may be updated as the pilot changes; the version above identifies this one. Nothing here excludes rights that the law does not allow to be excluded.
